Chelsea London is shortlisted for prestigious Heist Award for innovative digital marketing
Chelsea London – the only Further Education (FE) College to be shortlisted in the “best use of digital or social” award category.
Nine of the ten on the shortlist are universities. Across ten different award categories, Morley is the only FE College to be shortlisted for an award.
Digital Innovation
Morley’s marketing team introduced a new e-commerce system in 2023 to overhaul the online enrollment experience for students and enable the college to reach new audiences.
Taking a mobile-first and user-centred approach, the new e-commerce solution has created a much improved enrollment experience for customers. The project has supported growth in the College’s rich and diverse short course offer for adult learners across its three centres in Waterloo, ֱ and North Kensington.
The new e-commerce platform allows the College to better anticipate the needs of its short course students.
Allan Carruthers, Head of Marketing and Sales at Morley commented:
“It is fantastic to be shortlisted for this prestigious student marketing award. Effective digital marketing of our unaccredited short courses contributes to Morley’s success and enables us to serve the diverse communities of London with our brilliant short course offer. It is a credit to an amazing team effort at Chelsea London and our partners. We are delighted to demonstrate that our digital innovation can compete with top universities in the UK.“
The Heist awards will be held in two weeks on July 11th.
